Meet The Founders Behind The Bayer Foundation

Phillip Lev Bayer

Philip Lev Bayer is the founder of The Bayer Foundation working to help those in need with treatment, medication, therapy, medical bills and to end chronic pain. The organization has been creating a network of top physicians to accept patients at a low premiums. In addition, integrating spinal cord stimulators with positioning to get greater pain coverage. The foundation also works on standardizing pain forms to providing knowledge including rehabilitation without surgery. Mr. Bayer has been a guest speaker in eight foreign countries and over 400 colleges including Oxford, Harvard, Yale, Princeton, and MIT.

As the Vice President of the Washington Internship Program he turned the company from a small family business into one of the largest internship program in the world. The organization staffed both Republicans and Democrats. The program has had students from 900 universities and 101 countries placed through virtually every Federal Office and throughout the private sector. Philip Lev has worked in sales, creative marketing, development and digital marketing for 12 years.

I have over 30 years of experience as a scientist and entrepreneur, contributing to six biotech startups. After earning a PhD from the James Graham Brown Cancer Center and conducting healthcare research at UC San Diego School of Medicine, I transitioned to biotechnology and pharmaceutical science. My career evolved from bench scientist to CEO, where I built research departments from scratch. Fifteen years ago, I shifted to craft distilling, founding two successful distilleries whose products have won over 40 awards. Now, I return to my roots, focusing on helping people with chronic diseases and pain.
